Thingram: Cotto d’Este at the Fuorisalone

It’s the thinnest ceramic in the world, only 3.5mm, and offers maximum resistance. Elegant with a pure shape, that becomes a casing combining textures, trends, creativity, and convenience. Cotto d’Este was the first to launch this revolutionary category of products and by doing so, completely redefined architectural design. Today the large ultra-thin slabs in Kerlite are at the heart of the two new collections that the brand is launching at the next Milan Design Week scheduled for June.

The refined aesthetic appeal meets new textures and cutting-edge technology to create StarLight and Advance Skin, two series that interpret, each with its own personality, the most current trends in interior design and architecture, featuring intriguing solutions and elegant surfaces.

StarLight perfectly epitomizes the essence of Cotto D'Este: cutting edge technology, painstaking attention to detail, maximum appeal, and elegance for an outstanding final result. These unique ceramic surfaces boast compelling veins and streaks, offering the complexity, elegance, sobriety, and visual effects of the most renowned and precious marbles, with a fresh, exclusive and stunning finish.

Advance Skin is proposed as a balanced mix of details from different types of natural stones. Among these, the slate effect stands out, characterized by thin and well-distributed veins, hints of nuances and changes in tone. Besides these details, there are the typical marble streaks, more marked and spread on the surface of the slab.

Two new proposals, therefore, that confirm Cotto d’Este's intrinsic ability to reinterpret the beauty of nature, making it resonate and shine on ultra-thin slabs, with incredible performance, for valuable and unique projects.
