Clear, contemporary, distinct and impressive, it seems to stand out against the sky. With its marble-effect ventilated façade, the Pescara Court offers a mix of modernity and elegance ideally suited to this kind of institutional location. The chosen light shade, which seems to expand the building into the space, is perfect for a seaside city like Pescara. Firstly, this type of building must be durable, with a façade that guarantees maximum performance: Cotto d’Este proved to be the most suitable choice for surfaces that ensure both safety and elegance, the ideal combination in this context.

PRODUCT USED

The renovation of the façade is particularly notable: the original natural material, marble, was entirely replaced with Cotto d’Este 14 mm-thick porcelain stoneware. A custom-made product, specially designed and produced for this impressive building in order to give it a very striking look, an overall marble-effect that presents a highly accurate reproduction of the original stone. The vein patterns have been recreated with a precise and three-dimensional design, conveying incredible visual depth and thus elevating the building’s discreet elegance.
