The Kútvölgyi Hospital in Budapest was the focus of a major renovation to modernise the hospital complex in the northern area of Buda. For this project, Cotto d'Este wall tiles were chosen to clad the entire façade of the building. In fact, the technical characteristics of the porcelain stoneware are ideal for ventilated façades and well beyond the aesthetic connotation, they meet several technical-engineering requirements: they guarantee high mechanical strength, resistance to frost and temperature changes, non-combustibility, minimal water absorption and ease of repair.
