For the flooring of the reception, the skylight shaft and the main staircase, the Kerlite6plus Pietra d’Iseo collection was used in the Ceppo variant, with a thickness of 6.5 mm. A reference to the Lombard tradition, because the collection takes up the Ceppo di Grè stone, with which palaces, villas and monuments were built that characterise the historical face of the city of Milan. For the flooring of the management and presidential offices, the studio opted for the Vanity collection, in the large size 120x120 cm and with a thickness of 6.5 mm, laid with the Kerlite Easy system, the first certified and patented dry laying system for flooring, realised with thin Kerlite ceramic slabs. Vanity is a collection that sublimates the aesthetics of the most elegant and minimal marbles, ideal for giving the environment a distinctive, elegant and authoritative tone. The secondary staircase was made using the Lithos collection in the Stone nuance with Naturale finish. A collection in which the materiality of stone hybridises with the aesthetics of the rarest marbles, revisited by the creativity of Cotto d’Este for a project of unique refinement.
These collections are part of the PROTECT® line, they are therefore ceramic surfaces with a true antibacterial shield with silver ions, which eliminates up to 99.9% of bacteria from the surface.
