Technip Energies, a French energy group that is industry leader, has a new headquarters in Nanterra opposite the Arena Paris La Défense. The company abandoned the tower that historically housed its headquarters for a brand new building: grandiose, airy, invaded by light and with huge spaces. A space that mixes wood and concrete, with a state-of-the-art structure. The new construction is part of a large real estate office program called Origine, developed by Icade. Designed by Maud Caubet Architectes and Quadri Fiore Architecture, the new headquarters, which will host about 2,500 employees, represents a milestone in the building sector for the energy transition, thanks to its sustainable and green connotation. It will also be the symbol of a more human workspace, capable of promoting communication, teamwork, conviviality, performance and innovation. Seventy thousand square metres of offices arranged around a vast garden and perfectly integrated with the city testify to the importance of physical and mental well-being in the working environment.
