In the heart of the prestigious Val de Vie Estate, one of South Africa’s most exclusive gated communities, House Snyman is a refined example of contemporary architecture that combines sophistication, comfort, and harmony with the natural landscape.

The project, designed by Louis Phillips Architects with interiors by Salome Interiors, stems from the desire to create an elegant and welcoming home, capable of interacting with the light and colours of the surrounding nature.

Clean lines, authentic materials, and a neutral colour palette define a sober and sophisticated architectural language, where interior and exterior spaces merge in a seamless flow that guides the gaze outward, embracing the landscape.

PRODUCT USED

In the spacious outdoor areas, the Blend Stone 14MM surface, in the Mid tone and Natural and Sabbiata finishes, in the 120x120 cm format, interprets the continuity between architecture and landscape with contemporary elegance, blending naturalness and refinement into a coherent and harmonious aesthetic vision.

Inspired by the strength and texture of natural stone, Blend Stone reaches its highest expression in the 14MM version, showcasing the excellence and technology of Cotto d’Este: a distinctive thickness that guarantees superior mechanical strength, durability, and perfect dimensional stability, while also delivering flawless aesthetics and total visual continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Its deep and sophisticated texture combines beauty and performance, transforming ceramic material into a true architectural element with timeless, essential style. A choice that enhances a prestigious project and fully reflects the Cotto d’Este philosophy: merging aesthetic refinement, innovation, and performance to create spaces of true excellence.
